Our Story

Built To Last

Our collection started with a Colonial mansion in Fort Smith, built by the Beland family in 1950 and welcoming guests as a bed and breakfast since 1992. That tradition of hospitality continues today under the ownership of Ryan and Andrea Boggs, who are passionate about preserving the mansion's rich history while providing an exceptional guest experience. That same care now carries out to the log cabins on farmland near Rudy and the country homes down toward Paron, each one looked after and hosted the same way. We truly enjoy welcoming guests and sharing the story of our collection. We hope your time here is filled with relaxation, meaningful moments, and lasting memories.

How We Host

The Same Care In Every Place

Every stay is ours to look after, wherever it sits. We answer messages ourselves, we get each place ready before you arrive, and we tell you what you need to know up front. In Fort Smith that means a private suite with its own bath and shared rooms to gather in. Near Rudy it means a log cabin to yourself with a kitchen and open farmland around you. Toward Paron it means room to spread out for families and longer stays. Free parking, free WiFi, and a Smart TV come standard everywhere.

We want to thank you for your interest in staying at our one-of-a-kind vacation rentals. We are California transplants from back in September 2020.
